Why, as a magnificent society of human beings, have we submitted to the mind-numbing content that dulls our senses and stifles our creativity?

Why would we rather turn our minds off, numbing our emotions, instead of using them to create powerful works—like those who came before us?

We once had so much. Beautiful, captivating musical—melodies that stirred emotions we barely feel anymore. Remarkable portraits—capturing the full likeness of souls long gone. Paintings of night skies-glimpses of a world so breathtaking, yet now unnoticed by so many.

Art has devolved into a mishmash of mindless dialogue and fabricated non-fiction. Art is meant to challenge us. To inspire thought. To transform.

Yet, it has been weaponized—to make us think less.

This tragic reality should bring tears to every soul on this planet.

But it doesn’t.

Because we have been conditioned— Conditioned to consume whatever comes next. Conditioned to accept the slop of every new reality show. Conditioned to forget what art was once meant to be.

We need to change this. For the sake of our children, their children, and the future of humanity.
